Special Order Cathode For Coating Machine Parts High Quality On Sale
Our company processes molybdenum cathodes and other products with high density and high purity. The cathode products are our regular products and can be supplied in bulk quickly.
Product description
There are many materials in the vacuum coating industry that cannot be evaporated by resistive heating, such as insulating materials commonly used for coating visible and near-infrared optics. In this case, electron beam heating must be used.
The source of evaporation for electron beam heating is an electron gun. The cathode material is usually molybdenum and is used in pairs, often referred to as left and right cathodes.
Molybdenum ASTM B387
